Shipping & Delivery

Made-to-order production time

Each item is made after you place your order (we don’t keep pre-made inventory).

Production (fulfillment) time: 2 to 5 business days on average.
Production time does not include shipping time. Delivery timing depends on both.

Shipping to Canada (and the United States)

We ship across Canada (our focus to start) and the United States.

Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Tracking updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info (when available).

When will tracking show updates?

• Tracking details can take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after your package ships.
• Tracking for international/cross-border shipments can take longer or pause briefly if there’s a carrier handoff.

Address accuracy (important)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address issue after ordering, email us at hello@origin99apparel.ca as soon as possible. Address or shipping changes may only be possible before the order is marked as shipped.

Returned to sender / undeliverable packages

If a package can’t be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect/incomplete address), it may be returned.

• Returns can take 2 to 4 weeks to be returned and processed.
• Once we’re notified a return is processed, there’s a 30-day window to confirm an updated address for reshipping (reshipping costs may apply).
